1. License Grant

By downloading or purchasing XrayMac, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the software on any personal Mac owned and operated by you. The license is a one-time purchase ($11.82) with no recurring fees.

2. Free Essentials vs. Power Suite

The Free Essentials edition allows unlimited disk scanning, visual treemap inspection, and system metrics. The Power Suite adds 1-Click Smart Clean, duplicate file removal, application uninstallation with residue sweeping, and theme customization.

3. Safety & Trash-First Architecture

XrayMac adheres to a strict Trash-first architecture. Any deletion command moves files into the native macOS Trash (~/.Trash), giving you the full ability to restore files using macOS "Put Back". XrayMac will never wipe system-critical OS directories protected by System Integrity Protection (SIP).

4. Updates & Maintenance

Your lifetime license includes all minor and major updates within version 1.x and compatibility fixes for future macOS releases (including macOS 15 Sequoia and beyond).

XrayMac is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While extensive guardrails are engineered into the software, users remain responsible for reviewing selections prior to emptying their macOS Trash.
